Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Frontend / UX Engineer to join its fast-growing fintech team. This contractor role focuses on building a Digital Wallet frontend using React, TypeScript, and modern UI practices, with AI-assisted tools and BFF-backed backend integration.

You will translate design specs into production-ready interfaces, collaborate with product and design, own features end-to-end, and help improve performance, accessibility, and developer workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for a Digital Wallet.
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, intuitive applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user journeys and usability.
• Own features end to end, from requirements through implementation and delivery.
• Use AI-powered development tools to speed up frontend and full-stack development.
• Build and maintain Backend for Frontend (BFF) services that support application requirements.
• Implement API integrations and supporting backend functionality when needed.
• Ensure consistency, performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the application.
• Take part in code reviews and help improve development practices.
• Find ways to simplify development workflows through AI-assisted engineering.
