Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend focus) to join an international FinTech project for a Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modular frontend, collaborating with backend services and AI-powered tooling.

You will apply agentic development practices, leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to speed prototyping, testing, and debugging, while maintaining ownership and code

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows into engineering practices.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, dashboards, and workflows.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and monorepo setups.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate on API design and integration with backend services.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Improve engineering productivity with AI agents and automated workflows.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, assignments, and metrics.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code quality standards.
