Morean is hiring frontend-focused full stack engineers to design and implement modern web interfaces using React while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role includes back-end work in Java when needed, with an emphasis on performance, accessibility, and scalable architecture.

• 5+ years of professional experience with React.
• Solid experience developing back-end services with Java.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React ecosystem, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day development tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React.
• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI Designers, and Back-end Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to back-end development using Java when needed to support end-to-end feature delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with React.
• Solid experience developing back-end services with Java.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React ecosystem, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day development tasks (e.g. code assistance, debugging, documentation, or research).
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI design teams.
• Familiarity with component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with unit testing and front-end testing frameworks.
