EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Senior Frontend Developer to shape customer experiences on our digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and IT to deliver high-quality front-end solutions, liaising in English with stakeholders and teammates.

The role focuses on building A/B test experiences, personalization, and scalable frontend components. Experience with Adobe Target and AEM is highly valued, along with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of frontend web development experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing software.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively in English to collaborators.
• Develop frontend experiences for A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JS, jQuery, and CSS.
• Ensure A/B testing and personalization solutions are scalable and meet stakeholder needs.
• Perform weekly QA/QC reviews on live A/B tests and personalization activities.
• Produce technical docs and time estimates for A/B and personalization work for stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with optimization consultants and cross-functional teams.
