EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Lead Frontend Developer to shape how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will lead front-end work, collaborate with marketing and IT, and drive high-quality interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

You will guide a development team, oversee A/B testing and personalization efforts with tools like Adobe Target, and ensure scalable, well-documented front-end solutions across projects for global brands.

Formación

• 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
• Experience leading development teams.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing tools.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe XF is a bonus.
• Fluent English communication at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Join meetings and communicate in English within project management platforms with marketers and developers.
• Create front-end functionality for A/B tests and personalization inside Adobe Target.
• Ensure A/B testing, personalization, and related work stay scalable and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Conduct weekly QA/QC checks on active A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
• Draft technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing and personalization.
• Develop strong relationships with the A/B testing and personalization optimization team and other stakeholders.
