FusionHit is seeking Senior Fullstack Software Engineers (Frontend-focused) to drive UI modernization across enterprise retail and supply chain systems. You will lead architecture decisions and elevate frontend standards while collaborating with backend engineers and product stakeholders.

Remote in LatAm, with overlap to MST, you will transform legacy platforms into scalable, high-performance applications and shape cross-functional frontend strategies across multiple JS frameworks.

Formación

• 6+ years in Fullstack/Frontend Engineering.
• 5+ years with modern JS/TS frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular/Vue).
• Advanced TypeScript with scalable architecture patterns.
• Experience designing shared component libraries and design systems.
• Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and PostgreSQL REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Experience with Playwright (E2E) and Jest (unit testing).
• Retail, store operations, or supply chain systems is a plus.
• Excellent English communication (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend architecture decisions across multiple JS framework stacks.
• Design scalable UI solutions and integrate with Java/Spring Boot APIs.
• Drive code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Define testing strategies using Playwright and Jest.
• Ensure performance optimization and Datadog monitoring.
• Lead phased migration from legacy systems to modern frontend architecture.
• Incorporate user feedback and retail workflows into UI improvements.
