FusionHit is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer focused on frontend excellence to lead modernization efforts across enterprise retail and supply chain UI. You will drive architecture decisions, champion scalable components, and collaborate with backend Java/Spring Boot services to deliver high-performance applications.

You will mentor engineers, define testing strategies with Playwright and Jest, and champion observability using Datadog while delivering across multiple frontend stacks

Formación

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in Fullstack/Frontend engineering.
• 5+ years with modern JS/TS frameworks across stacks.
• Strong TS expertise and scalable architecture modeling.
• Experience with component libraries and design systems.
• Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and Postgres REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing with Playwright/Jest.
• English communication skills (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for multiple JS stacks.
• Design scalable UI solutions and integrate with backend APIs.
• Drive code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend/DevOps and product teams.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Define testing strategies with Playwright and Jest.
• Ensure performance monitoring with Datadog.
