Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.

Responsabilités

Lead the Technology team to achieve business outcomes and drive value.
Advance modern software practices, cloud architecture, and Generative AI capabilities.
Provide strong technical leadership and hands-on guidance when needed.
Contribute to roadmap and execution strategy for Tax & Accounting products.
Promote transformation, scalable ways of working, and continuous improvement.
Ensure high-quality, fast software delivery focused on customer experience and business impact.
Lead implementation of loosely coupled cloud architecture and engineering standards.
Foster a high-performing team of ~10–15 professionals with accountability and psychological safety.
Collaborate with product, business, CS, and other tech units to align with priorities.
Drive operational efficiency and capacity planning.
