Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Proven expertise building real-time backends with OTP, GenServers.
• Strong knowledge of functional programming and data modeling with Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing web apps with Phoenix LiveView.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems with fault tolerance.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto.
• Implement high-concurrency, real-time features using LiveView, GenServers, and OTP patterns.
• Architect and optimize database schemas and complex queries within PostgreSQL environments.
• Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance by utilizing Erlang/OTP supervision trees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure high engineering standards across the development lifecycle.
