Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Senior Video Editor to lead editing and optimization of video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns, as the agency expands into Latin America.

You will stay ahead of editing techniques, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery while working remotely with U.S.-based teams and partners across North America.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Advanced skills in video editing software including Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsabilidades

• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.

• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.

• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.

• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.

Is This You?

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

• Strong storytelling ability, with a clear understanding of pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.

• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).

• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.

• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
