About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, understanding audience behavior, and optimizing our social media efforts to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex social media data from various platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to set performance benchmarks and track progress towards e-commerce goals.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into audience demographics, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to refine targeting and messaging.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to forecast trends and predict the impact of social media strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst , Marketing Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media performance.
• Advanced proficiency with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite Analytics, Brandwatch).
• Strong data interpretation and visualization skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing principles and e-commerce metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
