Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate the cloud infrastructure supporting a high‑scale cybersecurity product. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD to deliver reliable, scalable deployments from a global, 100% remote LATAM team.

You’ll own IaC, automate release processes, monitor systems, and collaborate with security, software engineering, and QA to raise availability and security.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, Platform Eng, or SRE.
• 0
• Proven AWS expertise in production.
• Strong Linux admin and networking skills.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
• Containerization with Docker.
• Proficient CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Programming in Python or Bash.
• Security best practices in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Create and maintain Terraform IaC.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Develop automation for provisioning and deployment.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Improve observability with Prometheus/Grafana.
• Implement centralized logging with OpenSearch/ELK.
• Participate in incident response and RCA.
• Automate OS and infrastructure config with Ansible.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance.
• Optimize cloud cost and FinOps.
• Develop tooling with Python/Bash.
• Evaluate new technologies regularly.
