Coderio designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global companies, seeking an experienced DevOps lead to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, focusing on .NET deployments and cloud infrastructure.

You will own the GitHub platform, enforce security and governance, and mentor juniors while driving IaC adoption with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes in production. This is a remote, long-term project with strong technical leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
• Hands-on experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience in GitHub platform administration (managing permissions, security policies, runners, and enterprise features).
• Strong, practical experience building pipelines specifically for .NET applications.
• Solid experience with cloud providers, with a strong preference for Azure (or AWS).
• Proven experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• GitHub Foundations and GitHub DevOps Pipelines certifications.

Responsabilidades

• CI/CD Automation & Consolidation: Design, build, optimize, and maintain highly reliable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across various banking departments and application types.
• Platform Administration: Act as the primary owner and administrator of the GitHub platform, ensuring governance, security, and operational best practices organization-wide.
• .NET Ecosystem Focus: Build and standardize specialized pipelines tailored for .NET applications, streamlining the deployment process.
• Infrastructure as Code: Provision, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using modern IaC practices to automate banking workloads.
• Technical Ownership & Leadership: Take the reins of the current CI/CD infrastructure, bringing order to disparate pipeline types and acting as a mentor/guide for junior team members.
