Avenga in Argentina (Córdoba) is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to deploy and manage mission‑critical applications for a banking client. The role emphasizes infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD maturity across environments.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong scripting skills, and expertise with Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

Formación

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with production systems.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration; AIX and IIS knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and scripting.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SQL).
• Knowledge of networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Execute application and infrastructure deployment across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Participate in Release Management: planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution.
• Validate readiness and operational status before/after deployments with technical controls.
• Provide hands-on support during deployment windows and post‑deployment stabilization.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze incidents related to apps, infra, and deployments.
• Collaborate to automate deployment activities and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Implement remediation actions from security audits or testing.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and full change traceability.
• Support stability, reliability, and security of critical banking systems.
