Scale Up Recruiting Partners in Argentina is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, high‑performing cloud infrastructure across client projects.

You will drive AWS migration and modernization, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and AWS CodeSuite, and apply Well‑Architected Framework principles while mentoring junior teammates.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps and AWS infrastructure experience.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, ECS).
• Experience migrating and modernizing environments to the cloud.
• Kubernetes and Docker expertise with CI/CD pipelines.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI or similar.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership skills.
• AWS certifications are valued.
• Exposure to Data/ML/AI is a plus; advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure.
• Lead migration and modernization initiatives to cloud-based solutions.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Architect deployment strategies for high availability, fault tolerance, and security.
• Establish internal DevOps processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Implement and manage containerized solutions with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automate software delivery using GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI.
• Apply Well-Architected Framework principles across infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex infra, deployment, and performance issues.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
