Kake is a remote-first company seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to AI training data development and evaluation at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence.

You will write prompts, produce reference-quality code, run tests, manage environments, and help ensure the quality of AI-generated software. Strong backend/DevOps experience and Python are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend/DevOps or systems engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python; other languages allowed (Rust, Go, TS).
• Hands-on experience with TerminalBench and evaluating terminal-based tasks.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Git internals, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong in functional and integration testing; hands-on practitioner.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development and evaluation of AI training data.
• Write prompts for AI training and evaluation.
• Produce reference-quality code solutions.
• Provide structured human signal to improve AI systems.
• Evaluate AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.
• Develop and maintain software engineering workflows, tests.
• Write functional and integration tests.
• Ensure quality of AI-generated software outputs.
