Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure supporting a high-scale cybersecurity platform. You’ll work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on production experience with AWS.
• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters, ideally Amazon EKS.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Good scripting and automation capabilities with Python and Bash.
• Experience implementing observability using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, ELK.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems and production environments.
• Strong security and FinOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Develop automation for infra provisioning, environment configuration, and app deployment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Improve deployment processes and release reliability across teams.
• Manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and improve observability across infra and applications.
• Implement monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and centralized logging (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, ELK).
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and automation of recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Security to strengthen infrastructure security and compliance.
• Optimize cloud cost and contribute to FinOps initiatives.
• Automate OS and infra configuration with Ansible or similar tools.
• Develop operational tooling with Python and Bash.
• Contribute to platform architecture and deployment strategies.
• Evaluate new DevOps/Cloud technologies.
