Backblaze is seeking a Senior Developer Productivity Engineer to improve the CI/CD infrastructure and tooling for its engineering team. This hands-on role involves enhancing systems that streamline developer workflows and ensures reliability across developer tooling.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developer productivity or related fields, with strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, and familiarity with Jenkins.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, platform engineering, DevOps, or build engineering.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar CI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain and evolve virtualized local development environments.
• Manage private artifact repository, including promotion strategies.
