Responsibilities

• Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc.
• Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.
• Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications
• Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards
• Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.
• Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions
• Fluent in English. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
• Previous experience working for the US will be valued.
• Having a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to the job description.
