Reliefweb is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration efforts for a major enterprise program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with large-scale programs, and English-language collaboration in a global context. Remote work with UTC-aligned hours is offered.

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
