Reliefweb is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer end-to-end migration programs for large-scale enterprise transitions within a global consulting context. You will define approaches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure a smooth path to the target system.

You will lead data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading activities, ensuring data accuracy and readiness, with interviews in English and work aligned to UTC business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English—interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
