Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a remote LATAM project in Identity Security / Cybersecurity. You will design and implement scalable ingestion pipelines, connectors, and backend services using Python and/or Go, with Docker/Kubernetes in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in Software/Data/Platform Engineering or similar fields.
• Proficient in Python and Go.
• Strong experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes and CI/CD practices.
• Able to work with customers, translate requirements, and deliver reliable integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, and security tools.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and constraints for data ingestion.
• Lead onboarding, architecture design, and deployment for production-grade integrations.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data sources such as logs and events.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go and ensure robust data pipelines.
