Job summary

Darwoft is hiring a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a 100% remote role in LATAM. You will work closely with customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines, connectors, and backend services using Python and Go, across cloud platforms and security-oriented environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data integrations, optimize performance, and drive time-to-value for enterprise customers in a security-focused

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering or related experience.
• Strong software development with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines, connectors, or similar systems.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SASE, networks, endpoints and SIEM systems.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Architect scalable ingestion for security events, logs, identity activity, and telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Act as a technical advisor on data architecture, collection strategies, and security integrations.
• Identify recurring customer needs and transform them into reusable connectors and platform improvements.
