Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to bridge customers with the engineering team. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and work directly with enterprise customers to implement reliable data flows across cloud environments.

This remote LATAM role combines data and software engineering with solution architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting to deliver time-to-production

Competenze

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong development experience with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Experience designing reliable, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong debugging across APIs, infrastructure, networks, and data pipelines.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication and autonomy in problem solving.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SASE, network infra, endpoints, apps, and SIEMs.
• Work with customers to understand environments and integration constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, discovery, and production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services primarily with Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to store, transform, and query data.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments across multiple layers; optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
• Translate customer requirements into reusable connectors and platform capabilities.
• Contribute insights to product roadmap and improve time-to-value for customers.
• Participate in occasional customer-facing technical sessions.
