The Senior Data Engineer will focus on data ingestion, integration, and connectors, working closely with customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines that handle security events, logs, identity activity, and telemetry across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/ data/ platform engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines or integration platforms.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration.
• Solid SQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (IdPs, cloud, SASE, network, endpoints, apps, SIEM).
• Work with customers to understand environments and constraints.
• Lead onboarding, architecture design, and deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for processing security events, logs, identity activity, and telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services with Python and/or Go.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes-based containerized services.
• Deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployments and optimize performance.
