Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors. You will work as a technical bridge with enterprise customers, designing scalable ingestion pipelines and connectors while leveraging Python, Go, and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with architects, sales engineering, and customer teams to ensure reliable, secure, and production-ready integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP in a 100% remote LATAM setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data engineering or related experience.
• Strong Python and Go development experience.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong CI/CD and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (IdPs, cloud, network, endpoints, SIEM)
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data (events, logs, telemetry).
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services primarily in Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized services in Docker/Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
