Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to focus on data ingestion, integrations, and connectors for a data-intensive Identity Security platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines using Python and Go, and deploy solutions across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software/Data/Platform Eng or related.
• Proficient in Python and Go.
• Designing/consuming REST APIs.
• Building data ingestion pipelines or connectors.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Cloud production experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to translate customer needs into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (IdPs, cloud, SASE, network, endpoints, SIEM).
• Work with customers to understand environments and data flows.
• Participate in onboarding, discovery, and deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data (security events, logs, telemetry).
• Build integrations via REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL for storage and analysis.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployments across app, infra, network, API, and data layers.
• Optimize ingestion performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, sales eng, CS, product, and eng teams.
• Act as trusted advisor on data architecture and security integrations.
• Translate customer requirements into reusable connectors/product improvements.
• Contribute to roadmap with real-world insights.
• Support production adoption and time-to-value.
