Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to focus on data ingestion, collectors, and integrations for a next-generation Identity Security platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines, connectors, and deployment strategies across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

This role requires deep data engineering and solution-architecture capabilities, with a strong customer-facing component.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; cloud experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure, endpoints, applications, SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints; deploy solutions in production.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for processing security events, logs, identity activity, and network telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments and optimize ingestion performance and reliability.
• Contribute to product roadmap with insights from real-world implementations.
