Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software, data, or platform engineering.
• Strong Python and Go development skills.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Customer-facing experience translating requirements into solutions.
• Strong communication and autonomous problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure, endpoints, applications, security platforms, and SIEM systems.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, security requirements, and integration constraints.
• Onboard customers from discovery to production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data like logs and events.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven patterns.
• Troubleshoot deployments across APIs, infra, networking, and data layers.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Eng, and Product teams.
• Identify recurring requirements and convert them into reusable connectors.
• Contribute to product roadmap with real-world insights.
