The role demands working directly with enterprise customers to design scalable pipelines, collect data from diverse sources, and ensure secure, reliable data flows into the identity security platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data/platform engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development skills.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• CI/CD practices and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources like identity providers, cloud platforms, and SIEM systems.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Architect scalable ingestion systems for high-volume data such as security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven approaches.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go and manage data storage layers.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes; deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments and improve time-to-production for customers.
