Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Data Management & Governance to ensure the accuracy, security and value of the organization's complex data.

In this role you will develop, implement and govern policies to ensure regulatory compliance while improving data quality and lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, typically 5 or more, with a strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an international context.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning: contributes to data management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Data storage, integration & consumption: defines standards for storage, transit and use, and defines business risk for non-compliance.
• Data standards: develops and governs detailed data standards to ensure consistency and quality across data domains.
• Data quality: sets data quality standards, metrics and corrective processes; conducts audits to ensure standards.
• Policy development & governance: leads development and operational alignment of data governance policies.
• Data operations & stewardship: provides operational improvements to reduce data quality defects and improve efficiency while ensuring compliance.
• Data lifecycle management: handles data from initiation to decommissioning and identifies opportunities for maturity improvements.
• Compliance & risk management: develops governance processes and controls to mitigate risk and align with laws.
• Data literacy & training: develops training to improve data literacy and accountability.
• Data modeling: informs the visual representation of data and its relationships.
