PwC Argentina is seeking a Senior Associate in Data Governance to help shape governance across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services at the Buenos Aires hub. You will drive frameworks, policies and roadmaps, collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with leading governance platforms and strong English communication, with the opportunity to influence data protection and cybersecurity

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years of relevant experience in data governance or related fields.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data governance platforms (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Databricks or OneTrust).
• Experience implementing data governance programs (cataloguing, metadata, lineage, quality, stewardship, lifecycle).
• Experience leading data governance workstreams or technology implementations in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of governance strategies, operating models, policies, and standards.
• Manage governance technology implementations from requirements to rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage and quality practices.
• Support data privacy programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Address data governance issues and improve data protection measures.
