AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, automate, and manage data ingestion workflows within an Enterprise Service Management team. You will use Python for workflow development, Snowflake for storage, and OpenTelemetry for observability, ensuring robust pipelines from ingestion to downstream systems.

The role requires 4+ years of backend Python experience with hands-on data pipeline and ServiceNow integration expertise, plus strong SQL and English communication skills.

• 4+ years of backend Python experience.
• Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines.
• Hands-on Snowflake and OpenTelemetry experience.
• Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows.
• Ensure data pipelines integrate with downstream systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage Snowflake and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and observability.
