AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

You will collaborate with marketing and analytics on data ingestion and activation while mentoring junior engineers and shaping AEP best practices. This role offers flextime with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
