Fortinet Inc busca un Consulting Systems Engineer para un rol de tiempo completo en Perú. El CSE actúa como arquitecto y asesor para equipos de ventas y cuentas, involucrándose en grandes acuerdos y diseñando soluciones de seguridad adecuadas a las necesidades del cliente.

Trabajarás junto a ingenieros de campo, equipos de cuentas y socios de canal, fomentando presentaciones, reuniones y pruebas de concepto para asegurar resultados positivos.

Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience in designing, building and supporting advanced security solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional network and software security skills with hands-on Fortinet product knowledge.
• Deep understanding of information security technologies and related protocols.
• Ability to tailor security solutions to customer environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support international pre-sales activities as a strategic and high-level corporate technical resource for vital opportunities.
• Act as subject-matter expert in pre-sales design reviews and serve as authoritative consultant to Field Systems Engineers by providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Participate with SE peers to lead the design and architecture of secure IP networks utilizing Fortinet’s product line to create superior solutions.
• Provide training to System Engineers at various events worldwide and mentor SE specialists within Virtual Teams.
• Serve as Virtual Team Leaders and represent the International Sales Organization from a technical perspective at meetings and committees.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to help identify, qualify, and develop features critical to Fortinet’s success.
• Write white papers, tech notes, and other high-level technical documentation as required.
• Interface with Fortinet’s Business and Technology partners within designated technology discipline and distribute knowledge to the field Systems Engineers.
• Travel worldwide on short notice.
• Provide status reports in timely manner and ensure communication to the SE Director / VP SE.
