We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role will focus on leading core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.
• Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges.
• Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance.
• Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions.
• Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
• High availability for travel.
