Concentrix is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a multi-tenant SaaS platform migrating to cloud-native microservices. You will focus on scalable, observable systems across AWS EKS and Azure AKS, with Go microservices and a strong emphasis on security and automation.

You will collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to deliver reliable, auditable environments, while improving deployment automation and incident response in a global setting.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, storage, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Helm, charts, templates, and values layering.
• Experience with Docker.
• AWS/EKS experience including IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, KMS.
• Azure/AKS and multi-cloud experience.
• Terraform automation and IaC.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness, Argo, Spinnaker).
• Security practices: IAM, secrets, container security, network policies.
• Prometheus and Grafana experience; read/write PromQL and alerting rules.
• Networking/mTLS, cert-manager, TLS; internal Kubernetes DNS.
• Basic Go knowledge to read/debug code.
• Excellent written communication; ability to work independently.
• Advanced English mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Operate and improve production Kubernetes clusters including upgrades, scaling, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, PVC, and StorageClass.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes Operators like filterd-operator and queue-operator.
• Design and maintain Helm charts and multi-layer values.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and CD tools (Harness, Argo, Spinnaker).
• Work across multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS EKS and Azure AKS.
• Improve security and operational practices: vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, hardening.
• Implement IAM least privilege, secrets management, encryption, audit logging.
• Work with networking/mTLS: cert-manager, TLS, internal DNS.
• Improve observability with Prometheus and Grafana; alerting rules.
• Contribute to reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment automation.
• Interact with Go microservices; read/debug Go code.
• Collaborate with platform/security/compliance teams for audit-ready environments.
