AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Contact Center Engineer to configure and support a cloud telephony platform and CRM integrations in a healthcare environment. You will own call routing, IVR flows, and outbound workflows, while delivering Salesforce integrations and production support.

Qualificações

• 4+ years engineering experience in contact-center or enterprise telephony.
• Experience with cloud contact-center platforms (NICE, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud).
• Experience configuring call routing, queues, IVR, agent skills, and inbound/outbound workflows.
• Ability to build/troubleshoot contact flows with visual designer and scripting/automation tools.
• Experience integrating contact-center platforms with CRM/enterprise apps via APIs/CTI.
• Strong written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.
• Ownership of production issues and willingness to learn a new platform with guidance.
• Availability for U.S. Central Time business hours and on-call support as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain contact-center capabilities: routing, queues, skills, hours, and call flows.
• Design and troubleshoot IVR flows, prompts, transfers, self-service journeys.
• Configure outbound dialers and automated calling workflows per policy.
• Deliver Salesforce integration work with connectivity and data exchange.
• Provide production support, investigate disruptions, coordinate vendor escalations.
