The role requires 3–5 years in clinical research or healthcare, with strong organizational and collaboration skills to work with sites, internal teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Clinical Research or healthcare environments.
• Experience supporting clinical trial financial processes, site payments, budgets, contracts, or reimbursement activities.
• Familiarity with clinical trial site contracts, amendments, and payment workflows.
• Experience reviewing invoices, budget reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and processing of site budgets.
• Manage patient reimbursement activities, including expense review and travel reimbursement analysis.
• Prepare, distribute, and track site contracts, budget agreements, and amendments.
• Monitor contract and document signature status with investigative sites.
• Coordinate invoice reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support automated payment processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Track and maintain financial documentation in clinical trial systems.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Site Management, Finance and external partners.
