Aleph is seeking a high-energy Client Partner to own the Twitch and Roblox portfolios in Argentina, connecting top advertisers with two highly engaged gaming audiences.

You will build strategic relationships with international brands and agencies, drive revenue through new business and expansions, and translate performance metrics into compelling growth stories. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Formación

• Languages: Spanish and English at full professional proficiency.
• Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in sales and account management within digital advertising or AdTech.
• AI fluency: Proven ability to adopt AI/productivity tools to automate tasks.
• Deep understanding of digital ad metrics and optimization on premium platforms.
• Excellent consultative communication skills across stakeholders.
• Highly organized, capable of juggling two platform pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow strategic relationships with international advertisers and agencies in Argentina for Twitch and Roblox.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-level and marketing stakeholders for live-streaming and in-game advertising.
• Drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities using AI tools.
• Translate metrics (VTR, CPV, viewability, engagement) into growth narratives.
• Educate brands on Twitch and Roblox as premium media channels and represent Aleph at events.
• Partner with internal teams on planning, media buying, reporting, and optimization.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and support forecasting/revenue recognition for two books of business.
