dsm-firmenich in Argentina is seeking a Capacity Planner to drive end-to-end capacity and production planning, balancing demand, capacity, material availability and customer requirements.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service to resolve constraints, prioritize critical orders and maintain high service levels, with the opportunity to support planning across other markets, including Brazil and Colombia.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Kinaxis knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review orders and assess impact on capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand and materials.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution and adjust priorities.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to mitigate supply risks.
• Identify alternative materials to minimize impact on deliveries.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive improvements.
