Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Python and modern software design principles
• Fluent in English (intermediate/advanced) for cross‑team collaboration
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
• Experience with distributed, scalable, highly available systems
• Experience with messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SNS/SQS) and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with DevOps practices and Agile Scrum
• Knowledge of relational/document databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Foundational AI concepts and practical AI‑assisted development workflows
• Ability to identify business/engineering use cases for AI adoption
