Formación
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare.
- Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
- Strong leadership with ability to mentor junior PMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal meetings.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills to manage study documentation, timelines and budgets.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee clinical laboratory operations workstreams ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Act as Client's main contact for ICON Central Laboratories services including study setup and day‑to‑day management.
- Attend and represent ICON Central Laboratories at client meetings.
- Manage studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and provide regular study updates to clients and PM leadership.
