AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to own Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash data strategies, translating friction into analytics and AI/ML opportunities. You will work with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to ensure data flows from ERP/CPQ into BI platforms.

The role demands 5+ years in product management in financial systems, strong accounting knowledge, and exceptional communication. Write PRDs, drive roadmaps, and ensure accurate downstream data for revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Solid grasp of accounting terms, billing, and ASC 606 impacts.
• Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience validating pricing, orders, and contracts for dashboards.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/CPQ data flows into BI.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with FinSys teams and finance leadership.
• Link operational pain points to BI and AI opportunities.
• Write PRDs and roadmaps with Delivery Managers and engineers.
• Ensure quoting, billing, and revenue recognition are captured downstream.
