Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to align Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes with data-driven decisions. You’ll surface operational friction, enable BI, ML, and AI opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management in SaaS or tech, strong accounting knowledge, and proven ability to translate complex processes into non-technical specs for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS/tech environments.
• Solid grasp of accounting terms, contract lifecycle, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills with finance and legal teams.
• Experience validating pricing, orders, and contract data for reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of ERPs and CPQ/CLM tools and data flows to BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities in finance data.
• Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and business requirements with delivery managers and engineers.
• Ensure accurate capture of quoting, billing, revenue recognition in downstream data products.
