BetWarrior is seeking a Backend Software Engineer with strong analytical skills to join our multidisciplinary teams in LATAM. You will lead technical analysis, define specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger, data models) and collaborate with Frontend and UX to align on contracts and endpoints.

You will design low-latency, highly concurrent backends and champion telemetry, logging, and tracing. You will translate complex business scenarios into Given-When-Then acceptance criteria and work with Automation

Formación

• 5+ years software engineering in backend environments.
• Experience defining functional/technical specs with clear docs.
• Strong ability to design scalable, low-latency backend systems.
• Proficient in API definitions and data modeling.
• Familiar with telemetry, logging, and tracing for production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical analysis and Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Define OpenAPI specs, data models, and API contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and Frontend to align endpoints.
• Design resilient, event-driven backend architectures with low latency.
• Translate business scenarios into Given-When-Then acceptance criteria with QA teams.
