AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing within an Agile sprint.

Requirements include 4+ years in backend engineering with Salesforce or API integration experience, and proficiency with Java or Python.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI‑assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook‑based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment. The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise.
