AgileEngine is a leading software development partner serving Fortune 500 brands and startups worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations powering a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows in an Agile sprint environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience, with Salesforce or API integration focus.
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment. The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).

MUST HAVES
