Competenze

• 8+ years of software/backend experience.
• 5+ years with Python for production backend systems.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
