Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve our cloud infrastructure and deployment platform. You’ll work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD, contributing to platform engineering and high-availability delivery.

You will collaborate with software engineering, QA, security, and IT teams to automate provisioning, build robust pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable releases across web, desktop, and mobile deployments. Remote LATAM allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies with automated test suites.
• Expertise in Docker containerization, image creation, registry management, and orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge of C++ build systems, especially CMake, for native build pipelines.
• Advanced Linux system administration and networking skills including scripting, perf troubleshooting, and VPNs.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK/CloudFormation.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD for iOS and Android.
• Strong communication and collaboration in globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Create and maintain Terraform IaC for provisioning.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS workloads.
• Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, and application deployment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Improve deployment processes and release reliability across teams.
• Enhance observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen platform security.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Continuously evaluate new DevOps/tools and cloud-native practices.
